Situated on nearly eight acres, the Convention Center is a 1.5 million square foot facility designed to allow ample natural daylight, the most advanced technology available and the highest standards for comfort and service. Four floors house 53 meeting rooms and a 31,610 square-foot ballroom as well as providing 313,400 square feet of exhibit space.

The David L. Lawrence Convention Center is the first and largest certified "green" convention center in the world and is the only meeting venue to be awarded the Gold LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) by the US Green Building Council.
