Ballrooms
The Westin Pittsburgh offers a variety of social gathering spaces, so you can choose the perfect venue for each and every event. Three main ballrooms can be configured to create an intimate setting for your important day.
The Allegheny Grand Ballroom
Set apart from the lobby and other hotel events, this is the perfect ballroom for a grand event, accommodating up to 600 guests for dinner and dancing or 800 with reception only. This expansive ballroom features a magnificent cocktail reception with arched windows overlooking the regal Pennsylvanian, perfect for toasting your guest's arrival for your special affair.
The Westmoreland Ballroom
This ballroom welcomes 170 guests for dinner and dancing, 250 for reception only and can be easily divided for a more intimate setting. The natural lighting and neutral tones work with any color theme.
The Pennsylvania Ballroom
The hotel's newest space welcomes 150 guests for dinner and dancing, 200 for reception only. The floor-to-ceiling windows and smart, sophisticated décor to enhance any wedding celebration. Pre-function space is available before you enter the ballroom to welcome your guests as they arrive.

Our event specialists will assist you with every detail as you prepare for your memorable event. Enjoy our sophisticated modern menus that offer a wide range of options and selections. We have a Kosher kitchen and we can tailor menus to fit your individual requirements.

Guest Accommodations
The Westin's 616 guest rooms, including three luxury suites and 22 junior suites all feature Westin's signature Heavenly Bed® and Heavenly Bath®. Guest rooms are among the largest in the city with each displaying a view of the downtown business district. Amenities include coffee maker complete with Starbucks coffee, iron and ironing board and in-room safes.
